I am always aspired for a modern rooftop engagement shoot in my portfolio, can't believe we finally made it .
This photo session was taken at a penthouse apartment in the central of Hong Kong. The idea of this shoot is to capture the subtle sweet action between lover in their daily life with a little bit of modern edgy element & posing for portrait.
In order to create an engagement shoot in modern sweet with a bit of edgy twist, we shared some colour palette & styling reference with the team. Thanks @afatelier for her planning & styling advice together with @thewedgenie, we got a perfect dress for our bride Xenia, this is definitely the dress I imagined for a modern city engagement shoot.
The chemical between "Black & White" is never a wrong choice , with the modern design of Xenia's white dress , we suggested our groom Parco to prepare a black sweater instead of a black suit . And "Yes" , it worked perfectly. I'm obsessed with complementary colours between the city background and monochromatic tone on our couple; it made the look really clean and standout . Apart from styling, we always strive to create a relax atmosphere along the photo shoot, I believe you could see how much fun and how enjoyable it was from the smile on Xenia & Parco's face.
I just can't be more satisfied with how the pictures turned out. This is definitely one of my favourite shoot this year.
